The goal of this module is to coax your sleep back into natural patterns. A lack of deep sleep not only produces fatigue during the day, but also irritability and emotional instability, as well as a reduction in cognitive performance and work efficiency. This often leads to self-doubt and fear of failure accompanied by physical symptoms, such as neck and shoulder pain and headaches.

The goal of this module is to learn to take a relaxed approach to new media. Long working hours, and even 24-hour availability, often lead to exhaustion and social withdrawal, making relaxing and stimulating interactions impossible. It seems easier to spend our free time and evenings on the Internet, which further increases social isolation and often leads to chronic tiredness. Especially in the case of excessive use of new media, it is important to find a new equilibrium and the support of a real-life network through exercise, social interaction and cultural activities.

Do you do too much or too little sport? Both are unhealthy and lessen your capacity to confidently deal with stress. With the additional module «Relaxing Movement», you learn how to do the right amount of sport to make the most of its relaxing and healthy effects.

The goal of this module is to learn to maintain a healthy level of movement. Doing either too little or too much sport is unhealthy and makes it impossible for you to use sport to take control of stress levels.

If you customise your Oberwaid Treatment with the module "Relaxing Movement", you will learn how to use sport in the right measure for stress management. Our experts approach your training using sports science, psychology and a focus on performance. By means of analyses, lactate measurement, medical training therapy, biofeedback relaxation and, where necessary, physiotherapeutic support, you will get healthier and learn to enjoy being in movement.
